The real interesting thing about Joel is that he is still a down-to-earth guy. How do I know? I recently had the pleasure to have dinner with him at Big Seminar 10. Actually, I got to sit next to him and Mike Koenigs of Traffic Geyser and the guys were open to the others at the table. While some gurus limit their access and are stand offess, Joel's a truly ncie guy.

Mike Filsaime's Fish, Pole, Box & Buttons Wealth Strategy

Mike Filsaime let the cat is out of the bag. In his latest blog post about internet marketing he adds a uniquie twist to building success online. He explains the transition and the reasoning from the old biblical fable "teach a man to fish" to  amass large amounts of wealth.  Well not exactly. He relates four progressions in terms conversions (although I could not find that said expliciately) and refund rates to determine the effectiveness of four possible business methods.

NFL Rookie Contacts Wealth Disparities: Brady Quinn vs. Jamarcus Russell Part I

As of this post, the number one NFL Draft pick is MIA. Former Miami Dolphins quarterback Dante Culpepper may be the man in Oakland this year. As it stands now, the Raiders are prepared to "red shirt" Jamarcus Russel in favor of the former pro-bowl quarterback.

However, in Cleveland things are upside down. The Browns hope that the recent Brady Quinn deal will propel the former Notre Dame stand out to the starting position before the season ends. According to some reports, Quinn is the odds on favorite to be the guy sooner rather than later. By slipping past Miami, and falling in the 2007 NFL Draft to # 22 Quinn lost some serious wealth. If you look at  his contact you probably won't feel to sorry for the former Irishman, he is guaranteed to receive $7.75 million in his five year $20.2 million contract. Not bad for a college graduate majoring in finance and political science.

Tax Facts or Myths: What The Social Wealth Wise Know That You Don't

This chain letter came across Chris Swain's Desk today and thought a quick history lesson about how wealth in America is treated was in order. Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama & John Edwards Subprime Real Estate Loan Bailout Scheme

For those of you that have been successful real estate investors may be shocked by the proposed bailout that Democratic Presidential candidates announced on August 7, 2007.  Senator Hillary Clinton wants to create a 4-point plan to help people avoid foreclosures by setting up a billion dollar fund. John Edwards wants to ban balloon loans. Senator Barack Obama wants the nation's senior economist to convene a Home Owner Preservation Summit to to stem the foreclosure tide. Can you believe this nonsense? Having first hand experience and being trained as an economist, that's the most ridiculous proposal on the table. Harry Truman's famous saying that he "wanted a one handed economist," because of economist's hedging "on the other hand" statements whenever confronted on an issue.

This is prompted by a 800 point "mortgage melt-down" on Wall Street. Isn't that just peachy? The taxpayers are being asked to bailout

Hold onto your wallets people. Do you really want to give this woman the power of the purse?

to "help the people most affected by predatory lending practices, the mostly "poor and minorities"
